So far I've sang all vocal tracks, played: most guitar tracks, some bass tracks, most synth tracks, some percussion tracks. I've engineered or assisted in engineering all of our recordings. I've produced everything that has been released so far and I own all copyrights and masters for all of our material.

I am the only static member of OSR. The band was formed around the same revolving door concept as Queens of the Stone Age - and admittedly that's far from the last similarity you'll find. Hopefully Josh Homme is flattered, because I've imitated much of the beloved group. I've written every song including all of the melodies and hooks as well as every lyric. Now this may change in the near future, as we've recently added four new monster musicians to our live roster and I've been encouraging all of them to come in studio and participate in the recording and writing process of the upcoming sequence of singles that will likely culminate in our first LP. OSR isn't the first band I've been in, but it's the first band that I can confidently say is mine soup to nuts.

The most important element of a successful rock & roll band in this day and age is a clarity of intent: "what is this bands sound, if we played 10 songs from 10 different acts from 10 different genres they should all sound like this sound that is us". There must be one member who knows this absolutely in there very soul and this person must steer all other members in this direction constantly. Now that said, the second most important thing a band must have is a crew of players that love this sound. They don't just love this sound, they want to be this sound, they want to make this sound happen, to pioneer it, engineer it, imagineer it. The whole group has to be dreaming this audio together and they need to have raging boners or be getting super wet while they do it. If you got those first two things and a group of people willing to put in the blood sweat and tears... it's going to happen.
